Over a period of 5 weeks in July and August 2015 I led a group of 6 other photographers in a project to photograph elements of the Tyne Theatre in Newcastle upon Tyne. The aim of the project was to record as much of the history, design and space of this Grade 1 listed theatre, including not just the areas that the paying public can see, but also behind and underneath the scenes.
The photographers involved were Jake Cook, Norma McKellar, Iain Patterson, Derek Rootham, Joe Sheridan & Elaine Waters.
Each of the images below is available to buy with 50% of the profit going to the Tyne Theatre Restoration Fund. Each print costs £25 and is 40cm x 30cm in size.
